MALDI-TOF MS imaging system

The CHIP-1000 chemical printer can uniformly recognize extremely small amounts of enzymes/matrix reagents and is an indispensable pre-processing tool for MS imaging technology. By using our company's self-developed preprocessing method, the analysis of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections can be achieved. The tissue MALDI-MS analysis method using chemical printers and MALDI-TOFMS is very helpful for the dynamic analysis of metabolic products in organisms and the detection of disease biomarkers.

·The CHIP-1000 chemical printer can perform micro batch injection of various reagents such as picolite level matrix solutions and enzyme solutions. In addition, inkjet printing ensures reproducibility.
·CHIP-1000 can achieve high fidelity MALDI-TOFMS imaging.
·MALDI-TOF MS imaging, identification, and structural analysis can be performed on various molecules such as lipids, low molecular weight compounds, peptides, and proteins.
·The obtained MS data can be imported into existing MS imaging software such as BioMap for analysis.
