The DL series filter is designed with reference to steel pressure vessels, using high-quality stainless steel (304/316L) material and manufactured according to strict quality standards. It features a user-friendly design, excellent corrosion resistance, safety and reliability, good sealing performance, durability, and excellent workmanship. Its working principle is a pressure filtration device. The raw liquid flows into the filter bag inside the reinforced mesh of the device through the feeding port, under pressure, and the qualified product penetrates the filter bag. It is discharged from the discharge port and enters the next process, where impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The entire process is efficient, simple, and easy to replace the filter bag, with minimal material consumption.

The filtering conditions can be selected according to the process parameter requirements, and the characteristics of single bag filters with inlet and outlet and upper cover forms need to be selected as follows:

■ Head type (welded); Large processing capacity, small volume, simple structure, and large pollutant holding capacity; Low pressure loss, low operating costs, and significant energy-saving effects.

Flat cover type (welded); The upper cover structure is flat and equipped with M14/M16/M20 locking ring bolts. It has many advantages such as simple and reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong circulation capacity, and easy operation.

■ Concave cover type (casting); Produced using precision castings, it has high manufacturing accuracy, few welds, stable pressure resistance, and is easy to operate with no dead corners and quick disassembly and assembly.

■ Turtle back type (casting); The top in and bottom out filtration method allows the liquid to flow from a higher position to a lower position The filter bag is not affected by turbulence, has no dead corners, and improves the filtration efficiency and service life of the filter bag.
