This equipment is used for feeding and retrieving materials, and is connected to the front and rear workstations of the production line. It is a two-way workstation that can be used simultaneously with two production lines, with high efficiency, ultra quiet operation, and scraping method for film production. The rolling process film coating ensures no bubbles and is suitable for film coating on flat, small curved and large-sized products. The film coating accuracy is high (the film coating accuracy of the screw mechanism can reach ± 0.2mm, and the film coating accuracy of the synchronous belt mechanism can reach ± 0.5mm);

The electronic control system is composed of PLC, precision motor, and fiber optic sensor, with stable equipment and support for long-term operation;

Operation process: Clean the products that need to be attached at the front workstation, place them on the positioning fixture, start the film application switch, and the film application platform will automatically send the products to the film application workstation and apply the film. Then wait for the mechanical arm to take the material at the material extraction workstation. After the material extraction is completed, return to the original workstation and wait for the next trigger start. The equipment has two sets of start switches, with A/B buttons set. For example, if it is necessary to send the film coated product to the A line workstation, the previous workstation only needs to trigger the A button after placing the product, and the robotic arm will automatically send the film coated product to the A line.
