test method
Take about 7 mL of sample, place the sample cup in the sample chamber, close the instrument cover, seal and wait for the steam to reach equilibrium. The dew point temperature of the sample is determined by the infrared beam detecting the dew point of the condensing mirror surface in the sample chamber. The dew point temperature is immediately converted into a reading of water activity.

Open the sample chamber to directly clean the sample chamber and sensor. The instrument does not require any other daily maintenance.
