1 Product Overview

1.1 Product Usage

QSM-4.5-Z 型Mining water cutting machineIt is equipment used for carrying out operations underground in coal mines.

This equipment can cut any material with a thickness of 1-70mm (excluding fiberglass, diamond, and special hard alloys), and is used for cutting operations during the dismantling and maintenance of underground equipment.

1.5 Working medium requirements

The medium used to drive the hydraulic motor in the system is emulsion or hydraulic oil, and acidic, alkaline, or corrosive liquids are not allowed to be used.

1.5.1 Requirements for emulsion: (see Table 1 for parameters)

1.5.2 Hydraulic oil requirements:

——Viscosity: 20-35cSt

——Flow rate: ≥ 85L/min

1.5.3 Abrasive Requirements:

2 Safety precautions for use

2.1 General Requirements

——Equipment operators must undergo professional operation training;

——Do not point the gun nozzle towards surrounding personnel or equipment;

——When using the equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating steps and wear protective equipment. It is strictly prohibited to play or frolic on the work site;

——Before use, it is necessary to carefully check the performance of the equipment to ensure that there is no leakage or abnormal noise in the system;

——The workpiece to be cut must be firmly fixed, and it is strictly prohibited to cut the workpiece if it is not fixed in place;

——During cutting, the operator must stay away from the front end of the nozzle to prevent damage from abrasive water jets;

——During the use of the device, it is strictly prohibited to place any object on top of the device;

——High and low pressure hoses must not be excessively bent (with a bending radius greater than 0.5m) or intertwined with each other;

——If there is any abnormality during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately, and maintenance should be carried out after pressure relief;

——It is strictly prohibited to dismantle and repair equipment during work, and the equipment must be stopped for maintenance;

——During the use of the equipment, the tilt angle should be less than 5 ° to ensure optimal lubrication adjustment for pump operation.

2.2 Possible injuries caused by misoperation

——Do not start the equipment without water supply to prevent damage to the components of the liquid driven water pump and pressure loss.

——Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to exhaust the air inside the pump to ensure that the pump components are not damaged during operation.
