The overall ordinary electrical part is mainly composed of multifunctional modules MK1, remote control modules MK2, button box indicator lights, opening meters, contactors, etc. The multifunctional module MK1 is composed of three parts: phase recognizer XS, contactor interlock protector HB, and DC power supply DC. The remote module MK2 consists of four solid-state relays and three dip switches.

The overall regulating electrical part consists of regulating modules TMK, contactors, etc. The control line is 220V, 50Hz (special order 60Hz); Remote control is 24VDC.

Valve characteristics:

① The valve adopts pressure self tightening sealing or valve body and valve cover gasket sealing structure, which is trustworthy! Safe and reliable use.

② The valve disc adopts a double gate plate with a universal top structure in the middle, which can automatically adjust the degree of fit between the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve. At the same time, this structure is easy to maintain, saves costs, and has good interchangeability of valve discs.

③ The sealing surface of the valve disc and seat is made of cobalt chromium tungsten hard alloy by plasma spray welding. The sealing surface has high hardness, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.

④ The valve stem is made of nitriding steel, with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.

⑤ The electric device is equipped with a torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism. In addition to on-site operation, remote operation, PLC control, and intelligent control of 4-20mA current input and output can also be performed.

⑥ Manual valves are opened by a manual mechanism or a handwheel upon impact. Reduce valve operating force.

⑦ Valves can be installed at any position in the pipeline, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected based on the medium and its temperature.

⑧ When installing and debugging for the first time, the valve must be manually opened to about half of the position to avoid damage to the valve or electrical components caused by reverse motor phase sequence connection.
