Application areas and composition of EDITLOW microwave solid flow meter:
The EDITLOW microwave online flow detection system is used to measure the flow rate of solid powder materials in metallurgy, food (including feed), wood, paper processing, building materials, chemical industry, mining, pharmaceuticals, energy and other fields. This system includes a microwave probe and a touchscreen host controller.


The main application range of EDITLOW microwave solid flowmeter is: it can detect the flow rate of powdered objects, test whether there are objects passing through, and determine whether objects are flowing

1. The EDIT FLOW solid flow meter generally includes sensors, electronic displays, and mounting brackets for measuring standard and ATEX types
2. The EDIT DUAL FLOW high flow measurement includes two or more sensors, one electronic display, and multiple brackets for both standard and ATEX types when the pipeline cross-section is greater than 200mm
3. The EDIT MINI FLOW low flow measurement includes: one sensor, one electronic display, and two mufflers for the standard and ATEX models when the flow rate of the measured object is low
4. The EDIT FLOW NO FLOW flow switch detects whether there is an object passing through, whether the pipeline is flowing, and measures the level of the object in the tank container. Standard and ATEX models include: sensors and mounting brackets

Installation of EDITLOW Solid Flow Meter: Maintenance of EDITLOW Solid Flow Meter Equipment:
The operation of the sensor is controlled by an electronic chip, without any mechanical movement of any components. If the sensor is installed after a thorough and meticulous measurement, it can withstand no mechanical impact.
