UWave-2000 adopts a modular design, with multiple combinations of microwave, ultraviolet, and ultrasonic waves that can be freely combined to give your experiments wings of imagination. Software controlled timed opening and closing can achieve synergistic effects that cannot be achieved by a single energy source. Microwave power setting range: 0~1000W, PID frequency conversion control; The ultrasonic module adopts an immersion ultrasonic emission device, with an adjustable range of ultrasonic power from 0 to 800W, frequency of 28KHz, and automatic frequency scanning and locking; The UV module can be paired with an LED UV light source, with a power adjustable from 0-100W and a main wavelength of 365nm, suitable for photochemical research.

UWave-2000 can perform up to 2000mL atmospheric pressure reaction or up to 500mL pressurized reaction, helping researchers conduct mass production experiments. There are three specifications to choose from for closed reaction tanks: 100mL, 200mL, and 500mL, to meet the different usage needs of users from laboratory research and development to production plan verification. The software can automatically determine the type of reaction tank to prevent operational errors.

Pressure measurement and control: Using piezoelectric crystal pressure measurement technology, the performance is reliable, there is no cross contamination, and the pressure control range is 0-5MPa (accuracy ± 0.01MPa). In the pressure mode, the intelligent safety pressure control system can monitor the pressure in real time. If it exceeds the set pressure, the system will automatically release the pressure to ensure the safety and controllability of the experimental process.

Multiple accessories to choose from, improving the scalability of the entire machine
UWave-2000 can be equipped with various specifications of reaction containers, including 50-2000mL glass containers of different sizes, as well as quartz material reaction containers of different sizes to meet the needs of photochemical reactions under UV irradiation. The instrument can be equipped with a digital constant speed mechanical stirring or magnetic stirring device: mechanical stirring has better applicability for systems with large volume, high viscosity, high solids, etc. The stirring rod material can be selected from PEEK or quartz material; The magnetic stirring speed range is 0-800r/min, with adjustable speed and real-time display; Equipped with condensation reflux, droplet, water separation and other devices, and equipped with an inert protective gas interface.

Intelligent software system makes experimental operations easier and more convenient
UWave-2000 is equipped with the Windows software system and can be controlled and parameter set through a 7-inch color touch screen or an external computer. The furnace chamber is equipped with a color image recording system, which displays reaction images in real time through a LCD screen. The reaction process can also be monitored in real time through a remote control system, and reaction images can be output externally.
