2. Operation steps
ØMicroscopic imaging operation steps:
1)Connect the camera and display screen using an HDMI cable, and connect the camera's DC 5V power supply;
2)Connect the 220V power supply on the back of the microscope base, and the left and right ends of the microscope bottom are respectively equipped with transmission and reflection lighting source switches. Select the lighting switch and brightness according to the selected application;
3)Select the appropriate magnification objective lens for the rotary converter;
4)Adjust the 3D platform to focus on the object and make the target a clear image.
ØRaman measurement operation steps:
1)Install UspectralPro software on the computer, and during the software installation process, the spectrometer driver will be automatically installed;
2)Connect the power interface to a 5V/2A power supply, and use a USB data cable to connect the spectrometer to the computer;
3)Open the UspectralPro software for laser and spectrometer parameter control (see the UspectralPro software user manual for detailed instructions);
4)After installing the required sampling accessories on the probe, align the probe with the sample and use UspectralPro software to collect data from the sample to be tested;
5)After collecting the data, UspectralPro software can be used for data processing.
3. Maintenance and upkeep
1)Spectrometer maintenance:
vWhen not in use, the spectrometer should be stored in a dry, dust-free environment at room temperature,Because high or low temperatures, excessive humidity, and dust accumulation can all affect the accuracy of spectrometer use.
2)Spectrometer maintenance:
vIf the spectrometer cannot be used normally, please contact our customer service personnel in a timely manner. Do not disassemble it without the permission of our company, which may affect the warranty. The warranty period and terms of the product are detailed in the warranty card. Please keep the warranty card safe.
4. precautions
1)instructions:
vWhen the spectrometer is working, please do not place it on the edge of a table or other places that are prone to falling off,To prevent the spectrometer from falling off,Causing damage or affecting the accuracy of the spectrometer's use;
vIf using a Pad tablet device to drive the spectrometer, please confirm whether the power supply of the spectrometer is stable;
vWhen using and storing the spectrometer, it is necessary to ensure that the bending radius of the optical fiber is not less than 80mm, and do not pull, squeeze, or twist it forcefully to prevent core breakage.
vAfter using the spectrometer, please put on a dust cap on the probe in a timely manner.
2)Safety instructions:
vDuring the use of the spectrometer, do not look directly at the front light outlet of the probe when transmitting laser signals,To prevent burns to the retina;
vWhen the product is used up or needs to be scrapped, please comply with national and local environmental protection requirements,Do not discard it casually.
