Overview

This instrument is made based on the principle of Coulombic titration (see GB/T 214-2007). The temperature control of the high-temperature furnace and the measurement of Coulombic titration results are carried out by a microcontroller system. The data processing and display are performed by the microcontroller system, and human-machine interaction information is exchanged, and corresponding control commands are sent to the microcontroller system. When the device is working offline, the microcontroller system independently completes the corresponding work. When the device is operating in the microcomputer state, the microcontroller system cooperates with the microcomputer to complete the corresponding work.

1、 Product Introduction:


This instrument is made based on the principle of Coulombic titration (see GB/T 214-2007). The temperature control of the high-temperature furnace and the measurement of Coulombic titration results are carried out by a microcontroller system. The data processing and display are performed by the microcontroller system, and human-machine interaction information is exchanged, and corresponding control commands are sent to the microcontroller system. When the device is working offline, the microcontroller system independently completes the corresponding work. When the device is operating in the microcomputer state, the microcontroller system cooperates with the microcomputer to complete the corresponding work.


2、 Characteristics


1. This system is used to measure the sulfur content of combustible substances such as coal, coke, and petroleum.


2. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer and can also be performed independently of the microcomputer.


3. Calibration is convenient and intuitive during the experimental process.


4. The measurement results can be stored for a long time, and can be queried and printed.


5. The system operating temperature can be set by users through software between 800 ℃ and -1150 ℃ (1050 ℃ for coal measurement and 800 ℃ for oil measurement).


6. The standard RS232 serial interface is used between the microcomputer and microcontroller system, which has the characteristics of simple wiring, reliable transmission, long transmission distance, and low failure rate.


7. The microcontroller system is responsible for controlling the temperature of the high-temperature furnace, collecting measurement data, and transmitting the data to the main control microcomputer through a serial line for data processing. The overall performance of the system is greatly improved by the cooperation with the main program of the microcomputer.


8. This system places the high-temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air purification device, electrolytic cell, automatic sample delivery mechanism, and microcontroller control circuit in the same chassis, making the entire system beautiful, small in size, easy to place and connect, and simple to operate and maintain.


3、 Main technical indicators


1. The measurement range of sulfur is 0-40%, with a resolution of 0.01%.


2. Sample combustion analysis time: 2-9 minutes can be set by oneself, and the endpoint can be automatically determined. Normally, it takes about 5 minutes for automatic judgment. After starting, it stays at about 500 ℃ for 45 seconds for pre decomposition, and then automatically advances to the 1150 ℃ position.


3. Temperature measurement and control accuracy: 1150 ± 5 ℃


4. High temperature furnace: The working temperature is 1100-1200 ℃, the constant temperature zone length is ≥ 90mm, and the heating element is a double threaded silicon carbon tube (with a resistance of 8-10 ohms as the best). Under program control, it can reach 1150 ℃ in about 30 minutes.


5. Electrolytic cell: with a volume of 400ml, the electrolytic platinum electrode specification is 10mm × 15mm, the indicated platinum electrode specification is 5mm × 10mm, and the electrolyte volume is about 250ml.


6. Instrument measurement accuracy: superior to the requirements of GB214-2007.


7. Power supply: AC220V ± 10%, 50Hz, ≤ 10A.

4、 Usage conditions


1. Environmental temperature: 5-40 ℃;


2. Relative humidity: ≤ 85%;


3. Installation environment: There should be no strong air convection or corrosive gases indoors, and it should be kept away from strong electromagnetic fields as much as possible


Backup, does not share the same power supply with other high-power electrical equipment.


4. Carrier gas: purified air without acidic oxides, with a flow rate of 1000ml/min.


5. Sample: Particle size less than 0.2mm, 50mg ± 2mg, accurate to 0.1mg.
