The ZCS-QMK50B2 micro hole grinding high-precision CNC grinder adopts an air static pressure workpiece electric spindle, an air static pressure high-speed inner circular grinding wheel electric spindle, a natural marble bed body, and a Taiwan new generation bus based high-precision CNC system. Achieve machining accuracy of 0.3um roundness, 1um cylindricity, and Ra0.1um smoothness for the entire machine. The specific technical parameters are as follows:

1、 Technical features:
This machine tool is suitable for grinding and grinding parts such as small inner holes, inner circles, and inner step holes.
The grinder adopts an air static pressure workpiece electric spindle and an air static pressure inner circular grinding wheel electric spindle, both of which are high-precision air static pressure (air bearing) spindles made of nano carbon fiber materials with high rigidity, large load capacity, low air consumption, self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties. It has the characteristics of low-carbon, green, environmentally friendly, and wear-resistant.
The whole machine adopts a new generation bus based high-precision CNC system to achieve two line and two rotation spindle control. Achieve a machining accuracy of 0.3um roundness, 1um cylindricity, and Ra0.1um smoothness for the entire machine.
The workpiece electric spindle adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which is driven by a synchronous driver to achieve stepless speed regulation. It can be equipped with a built-in puller cylinder and a dedicated workpiece automatic clamping fixture, which can achieve automatic clamping function of the robotic arm.

The inner circular grinding wheel electric spindle adopts a high-speed air static pressure AC asynchronous electric spindle with a speed of 100000 to 200000 revolutions per minute, and the AC frequency converter realizes stepless speed regulation. The inner circular grinding wheel adopts the Swiss high-precision ER8 spring chuck installation method.
The feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the worktable are both driven by high-precision cross ball guides and AC servo motors through high-precision ball screws.
The machine tool bed is made of high-quality natural marble, which has stable organization and solid structure. Fully enclosed outer cover, with a skylight hole reserved at the top of the hood, which can be used to install a rack mounted loading and unloading robotic arm.
The grinder is equipped with pressure sensors at the inlet of the air and water circuits, which have fault alarm protection functions such as overcurrent, overload, air pressure below the lower limit, and cooling water cut-off. And it has communication function with the upper computer (RS-485).
