working principle:
After crushing large chunks of raw materials to the required feed particle size during work, the materials are transported to the storage bin by a bucket elevator, and then evenly sent to the grinding chamber of the main machine by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The materials entering the grinding chamber are picked up by a shovel and crushed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The blower blows air from the diversion disc into the grinding chamber, and the crushed powder is sent to the analysis chamber. After sorting by the analysis impeller driven by a speed regulating motor through a transmission device, the large particles of materials fall back into the grinding chamber and are re ground. The qualified fine powder enters the finished product cyclone powder collector with the airflow, separates from the air, and is discharged from the discharge port as finished product. During the operation of the host, the shovel system plays a very important role. It is located at the lower end of the grinding roller. During the rotation of the scraper and the grinding roller, the material is lifted and thrown into the space between the grinding roller rings, forming a cushion layer. This layer is crushed by the outward pressure generated by the rotation of the grinding roller, thereby achieving the purpose of powder production.
