Meltblown Fabric Electrostatic Generator $n Ultra High Voltage Based on customer needs, we have developed and designed a Meltblown Fabric Electrostatic Electret Generator for mask production. This equipment can sustainably produce high-voltage static electricity, mainly used to melt and spray static electricity on non-woven masks, so that the filtration efficiency of masks for Staphylococcus aureus aerosols with an average particle diameter of (3 0.3) μ m is not less than 95%. Product Details

Ultra high voltage has developed and designed a meltblown electrostatic generator for mask production based on customer needs. This equipment can sustainably produce high voltage static electricity, mainly used to melt spray static electricity on non-woven masks, so that the filtration efficiency of masks against Staphylococcus aureus aerosols with an average particle diameter of (3 ± 0.3) μ m is not less than 95%. The electrospinning generator for meltblown fabric plays a crucial role in the mask production line.

The principle of meltblown fabric filtration. The main material of melt blown non-woven fabric is polypropylene, which is an ultra-fine electrostatic fiber cloth that can capture dust. When droplets containing the pneumonia virus approach the meltblown non-woven fabric, they will be electrostatically adsorbed on the surface of the non-woven fabric and cannot pass through. This is the principle of this material isolating bacteria. After being captured by ultrafine electrostatic fibers, dust is extremely difficult to detach due to cleaning, and washing with water can also damage the electrostatic suction ability. Therefore, this type of mask can only be used once.

Meltblown non-woven fabric requires the addition of a trace substance called an "electret", which is easily charged with static electricity. The non-woven fabric can be charged for a long time by applying "corona discharge" to it through an electrostatic electret device.

Electrified processing. Electret refers to a dielectric material with long-term charge storage function, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low flow resistance, antibacterial, and energy saving. On the basis of ensuring the physical collision barrier effect of conventional filter materials, it increases the electrostatic adsorption effect. Electrification treatment makes the filter material fibers charged, combined with the dense characteristics of melt blown ultrafine fiber materials, thus forming a large number of electrodes between charged fibers. Charged fibers can not only attract most of the charged particles in the environment like magnets, but also polarize the uncharged particles, thereby adsorbing some pollutants with smaller particle sizes. Even nanoscale substances such as viruses can undergo electrostatic adsorption or charge repulsion barrier.
