2. Principle and Applicable Scope Parameters

This test bench adopts a 7-inch capacitive touch screen with a fully Chinese operating interface. Users only need to provide 2.2Mpa compressed gas, plug in the power supply, and achieve fully automated operation.

Particle filtration efficiency measurement: Equipped with a DEHS or NaCl aerosol generator to generate stable aerosol particle concentration, the tested sample is placed in an automated fixture and the quantity and concentration of unfiltered and filtered particles are captured by a laser particle counter. The efficiency ratio of the tested sample before and after filtration is calculated. After completion, the sample number can be entered and the results can be printed directly, or sent to an Android phone via Bluetooth.

Resistance test: This test bench is also equipped with a pressure difference sensor, which can measure the resistance value while testing the particle filtration efficiency.

4. System features

Equipped with 2 flow meters for observing and testing flow rates, this method is stable and reliable, and can also be adjusted to measure any desired flow rate.

Provide three indicators including PM1.0, PM2.5, and PM10 for comparison with the atmospheric environment of the monitoring station to verify the accuracy of the sensors.

• Bluetooth can be used to share test results, making it easier to store than thermal paper.

The system software can be upgraded for free via WIFI and new features can be enjoyed.
