A portable filter material tester has been carefully developed by our company to test the filtration efficiency of non-woven filter materials, fiberglass filter materials, and meltblown fabric materials, in response to the current situation where most testing instruments in the market are bulky and inconvenient to carry for customers to demonstrate anytime and anywhere, which makes it difficult for manufacturers to better promote their own products. The test data of the product has been compared and tested by large-scale testing equipment, and has a high degree of consistency. The product has been highly recognized by experts from the Cleanliness Association and manufacturers in the filter industry. The system of the product is based on the following standards NIOSH, 42CFR84-2005, EN149:2001, GB19083-2010, GB/T2626-2019,YY0469-2011,YY/T0969-2013 Design and manufacture according to relevant principles such as EN1822 and IEST-RP-CC021.1.

1. Particle counter: mainly used to monitor the upstream and downstream particle concentration of the tested filter material, and obtain the efficiency of the tested filter material.

2. Differential pressure sensor: mainly used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material under a certain test flow rate.

3. Stainless steel fixture: mainly used for compressing and sealing the tested filter material.

4. Imported air pump: mainly used for testing flow rate through filter media, with stable flow rate, green energy saving, and low vibration noise.

5. Control program PLC: circuit control and operation of equipment, program calculation and data processing, stability judgment of upstream concentration, operation control, parameter setting.

Work environment:

1. Working temperature: 0-40 ℃.

2. Environmental humidity range: 10-70%, no condensation.

3. Machine operating environment: Designed for normal laboratory conditions. If there are super constant dust, corrosive gases, strong electromagnetic fields, or harmful substances in the laboratory or surrounding environment, protective measures must be taken for the testing equipment.

Regularly check whether the connecting wires on the back panel of the controller are in good contact, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner. If the machine is not used for a long period of time after the experiment, turn off the power.
