1、 High voltage range and one-stop testing capability for multiple projects
The system supports DC3000V DC testing and AC2000V AC testing, covering the full range requirements of medium voltage electrical performance testing. It can complete core project testing such as OS conduction, two-wire resistance, four wire resistance, NTC thermistor, insulation resistance, AC withstand voltage, and DC withstand voltage in one stop, without the need to switch multiple devices, greatly improving testing efficiency. Especially for precision components such as CCS, FPC, and military wire harness connectors for new energy batteries, it can comprehensively verify their electrical connectivity and insulation safety, avoiding missed testing and repeated operations.
2、 High precision measurement and mixed measurement technology
The system adopts a mixed testing mode of two-wire and four wire systems, balancing universality and accuracy: the four wire system measurement can eliminate wire resistance interference, and the four wire resistance detection accuracy is as high as 10 μ Ω, suitable for milliohm level precision resistance testing; The upper limit of insulation resistance testing is 50G Ω, which can accurately capture small insulation defects and ensure electrical safety in high-voltage scenarios.
