The heating group is cyclically switched on and off, so that the use time and frequency of each contactor are the same, improving the service life of the equipment.

3. The controller can automatically control, calculate, and command pressure, and can automatically start and stop the feedwater pump and electric heating pipe when the load changes, or manually control them.

4. Equipped with comprehensive multiple protection functions, including leakage protection, water shortage protection, grounding protection, steam overpressure protection, overcurrent protection, power protection, etc., the boiler automatically protects and ensures safe home delivery.

5. The boiler body adopts boiler pressure vessel steel plate, and the longitudinal and circumferential welds of the furnace body are automatically welded and subjected to X-ray inspection. The small boiler body and electromechanical integration are easy to install and connect; The large boiler body and electrical control are designed separately to eliminate the influence of high temperature on the electrical control part of the furnace body and ensure the stable operation of the electrical control components.
