4Mechanical impact test benchProduct Features

（1） Hardware features

1. Adopting a four column structure with a solid steel base at the bottom, the structure is more stable and the test results are more accurate;

2.4 hydraulic shock absorbers and heavy-duty air shock absorbers to reduce the noise generated by impact and damage to the site;

3. The height is measured by a displacement encoder component installed on the top, which has high accuracy and reliability, ensuring the repeatability of the impact;

4. Adopt pneumatic braking, strong friction holding brake, and anti secondary impact braking function to prevent secondary rebound;

5. The half sine waveform generator is mainly made of engineering rubber or wool felt. By connecting multiple thicknesses in series, multiple stiffnesses can be formed to achieve different impact pulse widths.

（2） Software Features

1. Computer control, can set test height and drop frequency data, automatically record and save data;

2. Travel limit protection and overload protection design ensure safe operation.
