Key Features
Precision designed and rigorously calibrated fans
Lightweight fan casing treated with injection molding and roughening
Accurate and stable flow measurement without the need to replace the flow meter
A flow range that can be quickly and accurately measured, using a C-ring option, with a low flow limit of up to 100CFM
Supports 110V or 220V AC power supply
Lightweight aluminum alloy door frame bracket
Variable aluminum frame and durable nylon cover make it easier to seal the blower fan in the door opening
The full lock design allows for quick removal and installation of the aluminum frame from the compact storage box
Adjustable door frame
Can adapt to various door frame sizes in common residential buildings (special door frames can also be customized)
Nylon cover with observation window for easy monitoring of outdoor activities
① Lightweight and sturdy aluminum alloy retractable door frame.
② DG1000 pressure and flow meter dual channel simultaneous display of pressure or flow provides: USB, serial port or WiFi connection to computer.
③ Fan controller, precise control of fan speed.
④ Fan, 3/4 horsepower motor, with A, B flow rings, optional C, D, E flow rings.
⑤ DG700 connects to a computer via USB or WIFI link and automatically measures and adjusts the fan speed through TECLOG software to ensure constant pressure.

Expand to 2-fan system and 3-fan system
The air tightness testing system for large buildings in the United States typically consists of 2-3 blowers, 2 DG-1000 hosts, and control software. It is mainly used to test the airtightness of large buildings, with a surface area of up to 7000-36000m2 and an internal volume of up to 450000m3. It can be widely used in industrial plants, grain warehouses, fire protection systems, and other large public buildings, and is currently the most airtightness testing equipment.
Three blowers, two DG-1000 hosts, combined with TECLOG software, can form a testing module with a maximum flow range of 27000 m3/h (at 50 Pa). One of the two DG-1000 hosts serves as the main controller, and TECLOG software is used to control the main controller to automatically adjust the fan speed. If the system flow exceeds the range, an additional module can be added, consisting of 6 blowers and 4 hosts for combined testing, which can almost solve all the problems of air tightness testing in large buildings.
