2、 Product execution standards

Manufacturing in accordance with GB9332 (IEC-356) standard

3、 Usage characteristics:

1. Rated voltage: 250V;

2. Long term allowable operating temperature of cable conductors:

PVC insulated cable at 70 ℃; Cross linked polyethylene insulated cable at 90 ℃;

3. The bending radius of the cable during laying;

Cable structural characteristics: outer diameter, bending radius, and inner radius of the cable;

Metal woven armor type with any value of 6D;

Non armored type D ≤ 25 4D;

D>25 6D;

4. Combustion characteristics of cables

Single vertical flame-retardant (/DA) cables can withstand the single vertical combustion test specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-1), while bundled flame-retardant (/SA) cables can withstand the bundled combustion test specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3);

Low smoke and low halogen bundled flame retardant (/SB) cables can withstand the bundled combustion test specified in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3), and the smoke concentration during combustion meets the requirements of GB12666.7 (IEC1034). The HCL content of the gas released during combustion should be ≤ 100MG/G (in accordance with IEC754-1 requirements);

Low smoke halogen-free bundled flame retardant (/SC) cables can withstand the bundled combustion test specified in GB12666.5 (IEC-332-3), and the water-soluble pH value of the combustion gas is ≥ 4.3, with a conductivity of ≤ 10 μ Smm (in accordance with IEC74-2 requirements).
