Two axis horizontal servo series

Suitable for finished products and nozzles of various types of horizontal injection molding machines with a capacity of 150-450 tons, with double section arm types; An auxiliary arm can be added for the three piece mold to simultaneously clamp the finished product and the material head, and the horizontal axis is driven by an AC servo motor. The up and down pulling stroke of the auxiliary arm is driven by a cylinder, saving costs. The upper and lower axes of the finished arm are driven by AC servo motors to enhance the efficiency of removal from the mold. Installing a two axis horizontal walking series robotic arm can increase production capacity (20-30%), reduce product defect rates, ensure the safety of operators, reduce manual control of production, and minimize waste.

Body structure:

The horizontal axis is driven by a variable frequency motor, or an AC servo motor can be selected for driving. The up and down and pulling shafts are driven by cylinders. Horizontal, pull out, and upper and lower arms all use imported high rigidity linear sliding rails. The pull out and upper and lower arms use lightweight and high rigidity aluminum alloy extruded beams combined with linear bearings and high rigidity bearing steel, which can achieve the requirements of fast removal speed, high efficiency, low vibration, and long service life. The modular design is better and the parts interchangeability is better.
