4. After the water flushing is completed, circulate the "heat exchanger cleaning agent" in the cleaning tank, control the concentration of the main cleaning agent at 3-6%, and maintain the temperature within the range of 50-60 ℃. Perform cyclic cleaning and decontamination in the system for about 23 hours. Regularly measure the pH value of the acid solution using pH test strips (once every 20 minutes), keeping it below 1. When the pH value stabilizes within half an hour and there is no gas released from the cleaning system, the acid washing process is terminated;

5. After passing the water rinse, circulate and add "passivation pre film agent" for passivation treatment to improve the corrosion resistance of copper pipes. After the concentration of the entire system solution is evenly mixed, stop circulating and soak for 2-3 hours. Drain the passivation solution from the system, then neutralize it with a "neutralizing treatment agent" and discharge it (pH 6-7). The cleaning process is complete.
