Manufacturer of external wall polyurethane rigid foam insulation board
Polyurethane rigid foam component A: Component A refers to a composite material composed of a combination of polyols (polyether or polyester) and foaming agents, commonly known as white material. Component A is one of the necessary raw materials for forming polyurethane rigid foam.
B component material: B component material refers to raw materials whose main component is isocyanate, commonly known as black material. B component material is also one of the necessary raw materials for forming polyurethane rigid foam.
Polyurethane rigid foam external wall insulation system: a general term for non load bearing insulation structures formed on the outer surface of external walls, consisting of polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer, interface layer, plaster layer, decorative layer or fixing materials.
Spray coating method for polyurethane rigid foam construction: The spray coating equipment used allows component A and component B to be sprayed in a certain proportion from the nozzle of the spray gun and mixed evenly in an instant, followed by rapid foaming to form seamless polyurethane rigid foam on the exterior wall base layer. The construction method of polyurethane rigid foam is called spraying method.
Pouring method for construction of polyurethane rigid foam: The pouring equipment used injects a mixture of component A and component B sprayed from the pouring gun in a certain proportion into the formwork cavity installed on the outer wall, and then the mixture foams at a certain speed to form a fully continuous polyurethane rigid foam in the formwork cavity. The construction method of polyurethane rigid foam is called pouring method

1. Low density Generally, the density of rigid polyurethane foam is 30-50kg/m3. This is similar to other foam insulation materials, such as EPS board, XPS board and phenolic resin foam board. However, under the condition of achieving the same thermal insulation performance, the rigid polyurethane foam is obviously lighter than other foam materials. This means that its transportation and installation are easier. Compared with other thermal insulation materials, rigid polyurethane foam has very good thermal insulation performance, that is to say, in order to achieve the same thermal insulation performance, rigid polyurethane foam is thinner than other materials: it can be compared that the thermal insulation performance of 3cm thick polyurethane board is roughly equal to that of 4cm thick XPS board and 5cm thick EPS board. It can be said that the application of rigid polyurethane foam has saved considerable space, which is cost-effective in areas where the insulation board is included in the building floor area ratio. In addition, the temperature application range of rigid polyurethane foam is very wide: from -200 ℃ to 100 ℃.

2. High strength rigid polyurethane foam has high compression strength, cohesiveness and shear strength, which means that it can resist rolling and wind, while other materials, such as glass wool, cannot. The settlement and thinning of rock wool insulation materials can lead to a 10% to 20% decrease in U value. Therefore, materials such as glass wool cannot be directly applied to thin plastered walls, while rock wool, EPS boards, etc. cannot be directly applied to pressure bearing roofs and ground insulation. The inherent strength of polyurethane materials can be further strengthened by using metal veneers to form composite structures.
3. Low hygroscopicity, airtight rigid polyurethane foam also has low hygroscopicity, which means that it has a longer life than other thermal insulation materials (such as glass wool), so it can play its thermal insulation performance more effectively. Research has shown that when glass wool insulation material absorbs 1% water, its U value (a parameter measuring insulation effect) will decrease by 86%. Hard foam polyurethane also has air tightness, which is attributed to its high closed cell rate, a characteristic that other insulation materials such as glass wool do not possess.
4. Good fire resistance. By adjusting the formula, the rigid polyurethane material can meet the requirements of domestic and higher standards. It will not have the phenomenon of melting and dripping like EPS or XPS materials, and the hard foam polyurethane material will form a coking protective layer during combustion to suppress the spread of combustion. In addition, metal veneers can further enhance their flame retardant properties. The performance of polystyrene foam in fire is incomparable. It will soften at 74 ℃ and melt at about 96 ℃. The polystyrene foam is used as the thermal insulation material. Because its softening point and melting point are very close to the temperature of the wall and roof, the thermal insulation performance of foam will decline over time.
