This product has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, high bonding strength, short drying time, low shrinkage rate, and is not easy to crack after drying. It is used for insulation of equipment, storage tanks, and special shaped complex working conditions.

The maximum temperature resistance of this coating can reach 180 ℃, and it is applied to various medium and low temperature equipment, industrial kiln surfaces, metallurgical and refining equipment, etc

Theoretical coating consumption: 0.9kg/m2/mm (actual coating consumption is related to substrate flatness and construction control).

Construction reference:

1. Before applying the coating material, the rust stains, oil stains, dust and other debris on the surface of the coating should be cleaned up first.;

2. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃, and the air humidity shall not exceed 85%. Construction should not be carried out before or after heavy fog, high humidity, or rainfall;

3. After opening the lid, this product needs to be stirred evenly before use. Depending on the construction method, pure water with a weight not exceeding 5% can be added for dilution;

4. The interval between each coating application should be at least 24 hours (when applied in cold or humid climates, the interval should be appropriately extended);

5. The subsequent process can only be carried out after sufficient drying, and generally requires 3 days of curing after construction is completed (depending on the construction thickness and weather);

6. This product is a new material product. Please call for specific construction and supporting plans.

Packaging and Storage:

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place at 5-35 ℃, and should not be stored outdoors in direct sunlight. The effective storage period is 12 months;

This product is non flammable and non explosive, and can be transported as general materials. During transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight, collision, heavy pressure, and keep the packaging intact
