The magnetic yoke type flaw detector has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight, and easy portability. Suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic materials in various steel structural components, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and various types of welded structures in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and machinery. This flaw detector can be directly connected to AC power for use, and can also be equipped with AC magnetization power supply and DC magnetization power supply for efficient and lightweight use. Specially suitable for ship welding seam inspection, high-altitude steel structure welding seam inspection, and internal operations of pressure vessels.
