The device requires that the water temperature flowing through the filter should not exceed85℃. (Special high temperature requirements can be specified)
Working Principle:
Water enters the filter through the inlet, passes through the coarse filter element component to filter out larger particles of impurities, and then reaches the fine filter screenAfter filtering out impurities in small particles through a fine filter, clean water is discharged from the outlet.During the filtration process, impurities gradually accumulate in the inner layer of the fine filter, forming a pressure difference between its inner and outer sides. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the automatic cleaning process will begin: the drain valve opens, the hydraulic motor chamber and hydraulic cylinder of the main pipe component release pressure and discharge water; The pressure inside the hydraulic motor room and the suction pipe drops significantly. Due to negative pressure, the dirt on the inner wall of the fine filter screen is sucked up through the suction nozzle and flows into the hydraulic motor room through the hydraulic motor. It is discharged through the discharge valve, forming a suction process. When water flows through the hydraulic motor, it drives the suction pipe to rotate, and the hydraulic cylinder piston drives the suction pipe to move axially. The suction device component completely cleans the entire inner surface of the filter screen through the combination of axial and rotational movements. The entire cleaning process will last for tens of seconds. The drain valve is closed at the end of cleaning, and the increased water pressure will cause the hydraulic cylinder piston to return to its initial position, and the filter begins to prepare for the next flushing cycle. During the cleaning process, the filter machine operates normally without interruption.

Product features
The fully automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element, and the system provides uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and discharging.
There are two control modes for the cleaning of fully automatic self-cleaning filters: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: Automatic control has two methods: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtering time on the filtering timer. When the filtering time is up, start the sewage discharge, and the sewage discharge time is set by the sewage discharge time timer; At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the user set pressure difference in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans and discharges, and the discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. When the discharge time is up, stop cleaning and the system will return to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Use the manual control on the operation panel/Turn the automatic selection switch to the manual position, and the filter will discharge the pollutants.
