Overview of Pulse Vacuum Drying Machine

Pulse vacuum dryer is a new type of vacuum drying equipment designed and manufactured by our company for general models of vacuum drying boxes, which have large temperature differences inside the box, slow drying speed, inconsistent drying of upper and lower materials, and inconsistent drying of materials during the drying process. The materials are prone to foaming and overflow from the drying tray during the drying process, which prolongs the drying time. Widely used in industries such as medicine, food, light industry, chemical industry, etc. for low-temperature drying, it has the function of heating the radiator and inner plate inside the box and quickly breaking the bubbles after heating the material. The temperature in each part of the box is uniform, the drying speed is fast, the pollution is small, the energy consumption is saved, and the production efficiency is improved without damaging the internal quality of the dried goods.

Working principle of pulse vacuum dryer

This device heats and dries the inner layer board and cabinet clamp of the dried material under vacuum conditions. By using a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, a vacuum state is formed in the working chamber, reducing the boiling point of water and achieving a high drying rate at lower temperatures. The heat is fully utilized, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process, which belongs to static vacuum drying. Therefore, it will not cause damage to the shape of the dried material. After the material foams, it is quickly broken by clean air. Adopting high-performance PLC for full process detection and control, with automatic adjustment of working pressure and temperature throughout the process.
