This product is a series of mining rubber sheathed flexible cables, suitable for power connection of coal mining machines and similar equipment with rated voltage Uo/U of 1.9/3.3KV and below.

1. Use rubber with a rubber content of not less than 35%.

2. The insulation thickness is thicker than that of general rubber sheathed cables.

3. Use rubber with good electrical properties and adopt good extrusion technology (such as extrusion vulcanization continuous production line).

The following measures are taken for the wire structure:

1. Using softer small-diameter copper single wires, bundled and twisted at small intervals. The bending and twisting properties of the entire cable are also affected by the insulation and sheath structure, so it cannot be assumed that the finer the single wire, the smaller the pitch, the better.

2. The use of co directional bundle twisting and compound twisting can improve flexibility.

3. In order to facilitate the relative sliding of wires in the insulation layer and facilitate installation and maintenance. The single wire of drill cables and small section mining machine cables should be tinned, and the large section mining machine cables should be insulated with paper tape outside the wire.

Note:

1. The insulation resistance between the main cores of cable insulation and between the main cores and the ground wire shall not be less than 160M Ω· km when converted to+20 ℃.

2. Product standard: MT818.9-1999.

3. MYQ type cable consists of 2~12 main cores, which are extruded with black chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheath or black chloroprene rubber sheath after cable formation.

4. Conductive core: Made of soft copper wire, its performance complies with GB/T3956-1997.

5. Insulation: XJ-00A rubber according to GB7594.2-1987 is used.

6. Core identification: Insulation color separation identification is used for four cores and below, and printed number identification is used for four cores and above.

7. Cable formation: Twist in the right direction to form a cable.

8. Sheath: XH-01A rubber according to GB7594.7-1987 is used.

9. The ordinary UYQ finished cable has non flame retardant properties, while the flame retardant UYQ finished cable meets the requirements of MT386-1995.

10. Cable marking: The surface of the cable is printed with the model, voltage, specifications, and manufacturer's name.
