Working principle of semi-automatic micro pressure calibrator
a、 Pressure: The measured medium is applied to a solid-state (silicon diaphragm) sensor. When the pressure changes, the resistance of the diffused silicon diaphragm changes under the pressure resistance effect. This change is detected as an electrical signal and converted into a voltage signal proportional to the pressure through a circuit. The signal is then converted into a digital signal by a 24 bit analog-to-digital converter and processed by a microprocessor. The digital value of the measured medium pressure is displayed on an LCD monitor.
b、 Current and voltage: When the secondary probe is randomly inserted into the corresponding socket on the instrument panel, the instrument can be turned on to the current or voltage range for measurement. The measurement data is collected by 24 bits A/D and sent to the microprocessor for linear, temperature, and full-scale processing. Finally, the measurement value is displayed on the LCD screen.

6. ZERO key: Zero calibration key. Press the ZERO key once before measurement, and the CPU inside the instrument will process the zero point to ensure accurate measurement data.

The temperature position displayed on the screen shows a calibration prompt: 'E0' indicates successful calibration, 'E1' indicates a deviation of more than 5/100 between the given value and the full range value, and 'E2' indicates communication failure. The positive and negative pressure ranges need to be calibrated separately for the full range of positive and negative pressure. 9. Detection transmitter: The instrument is equipped with a 24VDC power supply. When testing the transmitter, simply turn on the instrument to the current measurement function and connect it to the transmitter according to the wiring instructions on the instrument panel to test the performance of the transmitter.
10. Over range alarm: This instrument has an over range alarm function. When the applied pressure exceeds the rated full range by a certain amount, the instrument will flash and the built-in buzzer will intermittently sound to indicate that the pressure or voltage (current) exceeds the full range. At this time, the pressure should be stopped and some of the pressure should be removed to keep it within the specified range to avoid damaging the pressure sensor.
