This drop hammer impact testing machine is mainly used to determine the non plastic transition temperature of ferritic steel (including plates, profiles, cast steel, and forged steel). The non plastic transition temperature characterizes the highest temperature at which steel containing small cracks undergoes brittle fracture under dynamic loading yield stress. The experimental method is to lift a hammer of a certain mass to a certain height, and then release it from rest. The hammer falls freely and impacts the surface of the specimen, thereby dynamically loading the specimen. This testing machine integrates mechanical, electrical, and automatic control technologies, achieving a fully automated process of feeding, lifting the hammer, impact, sampling, and grabbing the hammer. The testing machine is equipped with multiple protective measures, greatly improving the safety of operators and equipment use. This machine is a commonly used testing instrument in various large and small steel mills, steel research institutes, and other enterprises and scientific research units.

Main functions:Mainly applicable for NDT testing of ferritic steel, used to determine the non plastic transition (NDT) temperature of ferritic steel.

4: The rack adopts a frame structure, with 4 columns connecting the bottom plate and top plate. The bottom plate is made of solid steel plate processing, fully ensuring the stability of the testing machine during impact.
5: The hammer body is made of high-strength integral steel plate processing, with high impact resistance and no possibility of fracture due to casting defects caused by the use of castings.
6: Using a chain to lift the hammer body, compared to ordinary steel wire ropes, the chain has less elasticity, making height measurement more accurate. And the chain has high strength, is not easily worn, and is safer than steel wire ropes.
7: The grab and release hammer device of the testing machine is a specially designed self-locking device that locks immediately after grabbing the hammer. It will not cause accidents under the action of gravity and will not open when accidentally powered off, ensuring high safety.
8: The hammer impact testing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective net and multiple safety protection devices, fully ensuring the safety of the testing personnel.
9: The intelligent control system can alarm for the following faults: sample not in place fault, hammer not self-locking fault, protective device fault, hammer lifting not in place fault, etc.
