MTS-6610 Multi functional Synthesis Platform

The MTS-6610 multifunctional synthesis platform is an instrument designed specifically for modern chemical synthesis laboratories. It integrates integrated module technology and intelligent control systems, providing synthesis workers with operational flexibility and temperature control accuracy. This platform innovatively realizes the fixed heating main module, and the reactor capacity can be freely switched between 1ml and 1000ml, greatly expanding the scope of experimental applications.

Dual mixing system:The unique combination design of strong magnetic stirring and mechanical stirrer allows users to easily switch stirring modes with just one click on the touch screen. Whether it is rapid mixing of low viscosity solutions or uniform stirring of high viscosity samples, it can be easily handled to meet different experimental needs.
Excellent insulation and corrosion resistance performance:The main body of the reactor adopts an integral wrapping design, which not only has good insulation performance and reduces heat loss, but also has excellent corrosion and heat resistance, ensuring the stability and safety of the experimental process.
Diversified temperature control modes:Provide up to 6 temperature control modes (including two rapid heating modes, two precise heating modes, and two programmed temperature control modes) to meet the temperature control needs in different experimental scenarios. Users can flexibly choose according to experimental requirements to achieve precise temperature control.
Intelligent operation interface:The host adopts a design combining touch screen and knob, which is intuitive and convenient to operate. The touch screen displays clearly and supports touch operation, while the knob provides a more intuitive adjustment experience, making the operation more flexible and efficient.
High precision temperature control system:The temperature control program integrated with artificial intelligence fusion algorithm, combined with efficient refrigerant circulation module and AI fully automatic flow limiting valve, achieves precise temperature control over a wide range from -40 ℃ to 250 ℃. Both isothermal control and complex programmed temperature control can be easily achieved to meet various temperature control requirements during the synthesis process.
Strong magnetic stirring performance:Adopting a high magnetic energy product module design, the magnetic stirring performance is strong, and even when facing high viscosity samples, uniform mixing can be achieved, improving experimental efficiency.
Mechanical mixer flexibility:The mechanical mixer adopts a wearable rod design, and users can choose the appropriate mixing rod according to their experimental needs, which increases the flexibility and convenience of use.
Optional refrigerant circulation module:The platform can be optionally equipped with a Ruihua Scientific Instrument refrigerant circulation module to further expand its functionality. This module can achieve isothermal program control, effectively control the exothermic phenomenon during the synthesis process, and support fully automatic temperature control, providing * support for complex synthesis experiments.
