Introduction:
Magnetic float level gauge, also known as magnetic flap level gauge, is mainly designed and produced based on buoyancy and magnetic principles. The position of a float with a magnet (referred to as a magnetic float) in the measured medium is affected by buoyancy. The change in liquid level leads to a change in the position of the magnetic float, and the static magnetic coupling effect between the magnetic float and the magnetic flip column (also known as the magnetic flip plate) causes the magnetic flip column to flip at a certain angle (with different colors applied to the surface of the magnetic flip column), thereby reflecting the liquid level inside the container.

Working Principle:
Magnetic flap level gauge is based on the principle of connector and magnetic coupling to achieve real-time measurement of liquid level. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the magnetic float inside the float also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float drives the magnetic flap outside the float to flip 180 ° through magnetic coupling. The two sides of the flap are coated with different colors (usually red and white) to indicate the position of the liquid level. Generally, when the liquid level in the container rises, the flap changes from white to red, and when the liquid level in the container drops, the flap changes from red to white. The red white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level in the container, thus achieving liquid level measurement.

Purpose:
Continuous on-site display and remote transmission of liquid level height in closed pressure vessels or open atmospheric pressure vessels for liquids, gases, or vapors. Applications in power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power plants, water treatment, food processing, and other industrial settings.

How to choose:
1. From the perspective of on-site installation methods, there are side mounted and top mounted types. Generally, magnetic flap level gauges use side mounted types, while some working conditions require top mounted types.
2. Flange size generally refers to the size of the installation interface with the tank, such as DN25, DN50, DN80 and other conventional installation sizes, which can also be selected according to the connection method of the storage tank.
3. Some media, such as cold, hot, corrosive, etc., require the use of heat tracing options, usually including: no heat tracing structure, steam jacket, electric heat tracing, vacuum jacket, etc.
4. Indicator types include magnetic flap indicators, magnetic flap vacuum panel indicators, and magnetic flap column indicators, which can clearly display panel data.
