The entire grinding chamber is designed with all ceramic materials, and the turbo grinding channel has higher efficiency, resulting in more efficient grinding results, especially for low to medium viscosity nano slurries. Turbine sand mills have the advantages of gentle grinding work, low loss of grinding medium, narrow particle size distribution, fast fineness, no pollution, and super wear resistance.

The entire grinding chamber is designed with all ceramic materials, and the turbo grinding channel has higher efficiency, resulting in more efficient grinding results, especially for low to medium viscosity nano slurries. Grinding fineness: Grinding range 5um-50nm, simply replace the grinding medium
Discharge system: Dynamic centrifugal discharge system with self-cleaning function, high flow rate without clogging the mesh
Material of the cavity: The part in contact with the material is made of all ceramic material, which is pollution-free and suitable for materials with high requirements for pollution-free
Super cooling: New waterway cooling design, large heat exchange area, and continuous cyclic grinding operation
Control protection: Touch screen PLC text fault display, safety automatic shutdown protection for pressure/temperature/current, etc
Grinding fineness: nanometer/micrometer can be selected, with narrow distribution, fast fineness, and D90 can reach below 100 nanometers
