抛光组件

The polishing component grinds the plastic pressure film and removes the residual sol on the workpiece. The polishing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plate, making the edge sealing end face smoother through polishing. The polishing component used for the upper surface of the workpiece is fixed on the upper side without setting the thickness of the workpiece, and the polishing component used for the lower surface of the workpiece is on the lower side. The rotation direction of the motor is opposite to the running direction of the workpiece.

刮边系统

The edge scraping system is used to remove milling marks on pre cut PVC film, while the edge scraping device is used to eliminate ripple marks caused by non-linear cutting processes during edge trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the edge material smoother and neater. The edge banding fragments cut off by the edge scraping mechanism should be thin enough to be blown away by an air nozzle, which is normal.

仿型系统

The imitation tracking system component is used to match the adhesive film with the jade star of the workpiece during the conveying process, and to cut (outline) the edges. The imitation tracking upper and lower rounding device can make the end face of the plate smoother and more beautiful. The entire component consists of two unrelated devices, one for processing the rear side and upper end of the front door of the workpiece, and the other for processing the lower end. The control of the component is achieved through segment point control, and the contour shape is received from the workpiece through the imitation rotary wheel and transmitted to the milling tool.

粗精修系统

The rough and fine trimming system is used for the upper and lower trimming components. The rough and fine trimming device is used to remove excess edge banding material from the upper and lower parts of the processed board edge banding. It adopts a structure such as automatic tracking by a mold and high-frequency high-speed motor to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed board. This system consists of two parts: primary trimming and secondary trimming. The primary trimming is a flat blade, and the secondary trimming is a circular arc blade.

齐头系统

The head alignment system is used to cut the cutting components that exceed the pressure film at the front and rear ends. The head alignment device moves through a precision linear guide, and adopts mechanisms such as automatic tracking of the model and rapid cutting of high-frequency electrodes to ensure a smooth and flat cutting surface. The cutting component is used for sawing the ultra-high part of the pressure film. Rotate to make the edges right or oblique, both of which are achieved by scraping the edges. The cutting component consists of two unrelated cutting units.

涂胶系统

The glue coating system is used to apply glaze adhesive on the edge of the workpiece. The glue coating and edge sealing device uses a special mechanism to evenly coat the edge sealing plate and material, ensuring a stronger adhesive force. The melted glue will fill the glaze adhesive, and the glue will be melted in the glue container. The hot glaze adhesive will be transported to the workpiece by rotating the glue coating shaft. The quantitative device controls the supply amount and adjusts the distance between the glue coating shaft and the workpiece.
