This equipment is a newly designed dual station canning machine based on our company's long-term practice in the field of powder canning, abandoning the original rotary feeding can design concept. The single row main and auxiliary dual head filling system and the pioneering feeding tank system ensure high precision while eliminating the inconvenience of cleaning the rotary feeding tank system. Mainly responsible for high-precision filling measurement work. It can be matched with other equipment to form a complete set of canning line, which is suitable for canned milk powder, protein powder, chicken powder, glucose, Rice noodles, cocoa powder, solid drinks, etc.

The filling head is equipped with a handwheel to adjust the height, making it easy to achieve external canning.

Fixed screw installation structure, no metal pollution is generated during canning.
Workflow: In tank → Supporting tank → Vibration → Measurement and filling → Vibration → Vibration → Weighing feedback → Supplementary filling → Weight inspection and out of tolerance removal → Out of tank.
