SERVOCUT 502 has X-Y-Z three-axis cutting capability:

Z-axis cutting

Clamp the sample tightly and cut the wheel close to the sample.

Y-axis worktable feed cutting

Use a T-shaped groove feeding platform to feed the clamped sample into the rotating cut-off wheel.

Parallel cutting of x-axis (optional)

The optional movable x-table performs parallel serial segmentation on the x-axis.

A large T-shaped groove feed table is located in the wide working area of the tool, which can accommodate various fixtures and needs to be selected. The feeding platform provides a longer travel depth, making SERVOCUT 502 very suitable for cutting long or deep samples in one go. Using stainless steel small parts to clamp small samples and equipped with a standard cutting table. A large Lexan window and a sealed LED light inside the cutting room allow for precise observation of the cutting process with optimal safety.
