METKON Grinding and Polishing Machine

The FORCIPOL series grinding and polishing machines come in two models: single disc (FORCIPOL 102) and double disc (FORCIPOL 202). The grinding disc is driven by a high torque 1.0 HP electric motor, which can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. Advanced frequency converters can ensure smooth speed changes (50-600rpm) of the grinding disc, and can achieve soft start and soft stop. They can set optimized speeds for each step of the sample preparation process, making them the choice for preparing samples of various shapes and sizes in the laboratory.
