The difference between this filter element and ordinary filters is that the filter element contains a slightly lower precision stainless steel mesh filter element inside, which ensures that the filter element is blocked during use. When the bypass valve is opened, the filter element can still play a certain filtering effect, reducing unnecessary equipment wear and extending the service life of the equipment.

The gearbox filter element is divided into two stages: the main filter element is made of 10 micron imported glass fiber composite filter paper material, and the secondary filter element is made of 50 micron stainless steel metal mesh material with high filtration accuracy. It is made of single-layer or multi-layer metal mesh and filter material, and the number of layers and mesh size of the mesh depend on different usage conditions and purposes. It has high concentricity, high pressure bearing capacity, good straightness, stainless steel material, no burrs, and long service life. In a closed circuit hydraulic system, metal particles generated by the wear of various components in the closed circuit oil and rubber impurities in the seals are filtered out to keep the system's oil clean, effectively extending the service life of the hydraulic pump and other components of the system. (2) The gearbox filter element has no accumulation groove, ensuring that the settled pollutants can be carried out together with the filter element when replacing it, to prevent pollutants from falling back into the oil tank when replacing the filter element. Through the full flow filtration of the return oil system, dust from assembly, maintenance, wear, or external immersion can be removed, improving the cleanliness of the hydraulic system and protecting the hydraulic pump, ensuring the reliability of the system.
