The MAPS-6400 automated synthesis workstation of Ruihua Scientific Instrument adopts Peltier+AI dual core temperature control technology to achieve precise and fast temperature control from -40 ℃ to 180 ℃. It integrates wireless touch and automation operation (automatic feeding/dripping/PH adjustment/crystallization recognition), and is equipped with an emergency cooling system. In case of abnormal conditions, it can automatically trigger the flow limiting valve to close and start rapid cooling to avoid reaction loss of control. With millisecond level response safety protection and 30% energy optimization, it is suitable for drug screening, process development, high-throughput synthesis and other scenarios, reshaping the chemical synthesis experimental process with intelligence, safety and high efficiency.

1、 Core temperature control system

  1. Four channel independent temperature control system, using Peltier semiconductor active cooling technology, breakthrough to achieve rapid temperature rise and stirring functions independently executed by each reaction site

  2. Wide temperature control range covering -40 ℃ to 180 ℃, supporting four channel synchronous differentiated temperature zone reactions (adjacent channels have different temperatures and do not interfere with each other)

  3. Intelligent dual-mode temperature monitoring system: Each channel is equipped with an independent dual channel temperature monitoring module, which displays the temperature of the heating module and the actual temperature of the material in real time, and establishes a temperature conduction dynamic model

2、 Reaction system configuration

  1. Modular reaction platform design, single channel compatible with 500mL standard reaction vessel, supporting customized reactor configuration

  2. Innovative dual power mixing system: intelligent switching between strong magnetic stirring (50-1600rpm) and mechanical stirring (100-1100rpm), with a touch screen for one click mode conversion

  3. Visual reaction monitoring: Integrated high transparency observation window (upgraded version with a diameter of 70mm) and LED cold light source, supporting on light observation of material status

3、 Intelligent control system

  1. Programmable temperature control protocol: A single channel can preset 10 gradient temperature programs, supporting non-linear temperature rise and fall curve programming (slope 20 ℃/min)

  2. Multiple safety protection mechanisms: equipped with a material internal temperature feedback emergency cooling system, which automatically starts Peltier semiconductor cooling after triggering a temperature difference threshold (cooling rate ≥ 25 ℃/min)

  3. Dual mode remote control platform: supports industrial grade touch laptops (wireless control radius ≥ 15m) and LAN remote access dual control modes

4、 Expansion and upgrade plan

Open system architecture: The main control software provides free OTA upgrades for life and supports modular expansion design (optional multi-channel peristaltic pump feeding, precision drip pump, pH adjustment, etc.)Upgrade to a fully automatic parallel synthesis workstation through paid upgrade services, including online NTU crystallization judgment and other functions.
