Low temperature test chamber structure:

1) The box is made of CNC equipment, with smooth lines, beautiful and generous appearance
2) The inner box material is 1.2mm thick 304SUS high-grade stainless steel brushed plate, and the outer box material is 1.5mm thick high-quality A3 cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic
The insulation material between the inner and outer boxes is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber cotton, which has a good insulation effect. The door frame connection between the inner and outer boxes is made of stainless steel, which has a good connection effect
4) Imported sealing materials and silica gel sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, which are sealed and have good aging resistance
5) The air duct inside the box adopts a single circulation system, consisting of two long axis axial flow fans, two stainless steel multi wing centrifugal fans, and a circulating air duct. The temperature inside the upper and lower air outlets is uniform, which improves the high air flow rate, heating and cooling capacity, and significantly improves the temperature uniformity of the test box
6) The heater adopts a stainless steel ceramic strip electric heater, which heats up quickly and has a long service life
