The low-temperature anaerobic incubator consists of a constant temperature cultivation room, anaerobic operation room, sampling room, gas path, and circuit control system. Scientific methods achieve high-precision, constant temperature anaerobic environment. The operating room of the anaerobic incubator is made of stainless steel plates, and the front window is made of transparent glass. Gloves are reliable, comfortable, flexible, and easy to use.

I. Overview

A low-temperature anaerobic incubator is a device used for bacterial cultivation and operation in an anaerobic environment. It can provide strict anaerobic conditions, constant temperature cultivation conditions, and has a systematic and scientific working area. Operating the culture in this device can cultivate various anaerobic organisms that require anaerobic environments for growth, while avoiding the risk of anaerobic organisms dying from exposure to oxygen during operation in the atmosphere. Therefore, this device is an ideal instrument for anaerobic biological detection institutes and anaerobic biological research units. This device is also a versatile instrument, and if the operating mode is changed, it can be built-in Oxygen detector (for self configuration), equipped with a flow control device on the operation panel for detection and necessary adjustment. Inputting the specified oxygen content for microaerophilic bacteria can provide favorable growth conditions for their growth and reproduction.

Its characteristics are as follows:

1. Use scientific methods to achieve high precision in anaerobic environments, with good stability and reliable use.
2. The temperature control of the incubator adopts a high-precision digital display regulator, which can accurately and intuitively reflect the temperature inside the incubator and automatically control the temperature. It is an effective temperature limiting protection device to ensure that the culture grows under safe temperature conditions.
3. The box is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps, which can effectively prevent bacterial contamination.
4. The gas path device can accurately adjust the flow rate and input various required gases at will.
5. The air circuit switch adopts a locking switch to control the solenoid valve, and the operation is flexible.

Regular cleaning is required both inside and outside the incubator to extend its lifespan. Acidic or alkaline liquids should not be used to wipe the inner walls and body of the incubator. For stubborn stains, alcohol can be used for cleaning.

The experience of using anaerobic incubators is as follows:

1. Install as much as possible in areas with quiet air and minimal temperature changes.

2. Before starting up, it is necessary to fully familiarize and understand the instructions of each component and supporting instrument, anaerobic incubator, and master the correct usage methods.

3. The culture must be placed after reaching an anaerobic environment in the operating room.

4. During the use of anaerobic incubators, excessive items should not be added to the incubator to avoid affecting the temperature uniformity, and the circulating fan and air duct should not be blocked.

5. In the event of a malfunction (such as gas outage), the operating room can still maintain an anaerobic state for 12 hours.

6. Regularly pay attention to whether there is any air leakage in the gas path of the anaerobic incubator. When replacing gas cylinders, be careful to tighten the trachea to avoid the flow of oxygen-containing gas. Use the vacuum pump as required and regularly check and refuel it.

7. Flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials should not be placed inside the box. When using an anaerobic incubator, it is necessary to leave some heat dissipation space outside the incubator, otherwise it will affect the cooling effect.

8. Stop using, please turn off the main power button and the power switch at the back of the device.

9. When stopping use, the inside of the incubator should be dried as follows: set the incubator temperature to above 40 ℃, run steadily for two hours, open the incubator door every half hour for 10 minutes, close the incubator door, and repeat the operation 3-5 times in sequence.
