Once there is a problem with a CNC machine tool, customers will carefully look for the problem and often attribute it to the temperature of the system. Customers often rely on their hand feel. Generally speaking, in summer, the temperature of the hydraulic oil pump will reach over 60 degrees Celsius, but will not exceed 65 degrees Celsius. But at 60 degrees, the hand can be placed on it for about 1-2 seconds, not too long. At 50 degrees, a person can place it on it for a relatively long time. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil tank exceeds 55 degrees or the temperature of the oil pump exceeds around 65 to 70 degrees, then there may be a problem with the hydraulic system.

The common problems with low-noise hydraulic systems are as follows:

1. Improper selection of hydraulic oil: 20 # hydraulic oil is used in summer. It can cause high oil temperature, hydraulic valve malfunction, jamming, leakage, etc.

2. Oil pump failure: This imagination is reflected in low pressure (when the oil pump temperature is low) or high oil pump temperature, accompanied by abnormal noise.

3. Motor failure: At this time, it is often manifested as unstable operation, severe motor bias, vibration, and problems such as power supply disconnection or motor burnout. At this time, the motor temperature is abnormal and will reach over 90 degrees Celsius. (In summer, it is considered normal for the motor temperature to be within 85 degrees)
