Liquid nitrogen production equipmentIt is a simple plug and play liquid nitrogen solution. Based on the Gifford McMahon cold head process, combined with helium compression and expansion to achieve low-temperature cooling. Built in oil-free air compressor, PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator, refrigeration unit, helium compressor, and Duwa tank, controlled by a color touch screen, with one click for fully automatic operation.

working principle:

The compressed air from the oil-free air compressor first passes through the intake sterilization filter to prevent bacterial growth. Air enters the PSA nitrogen production system to separate nitrogen gas, which is first dried to a dew point of -60 ° C and then filtered using a sterilization filter to comply with the requirements of UK Health Technology Memorandum 02-01.

The liquid nitrogen droplets fall into the vacuum insulated Duval tank for backup, and can also be discharged through a stainless steel conveying hose. The helium compressor is used to cool the cold head, which requires cooling water supply or a closed cycle chiller (optional).
