Main structure:
1. Extruder: The extruder is mainly composed of a screw, a barrel and hopper, a reducer, and a driving motor. The driving motor adopts an electromagnetic speed regulating motor (or a variable frequency ordinary motor can also be used), which drives the reducer through a belt drive to make the screw rotate in the barrel. The plastic that melts the plastic particles in the hopper under external heating is extruded from the mold head and mouth through three-way filtration.
2. Three way: composed of a filter screen, a filter plate, and a three-way cover.

4. Cooling device: composed of cooling air ring, air duct, blower, etc.
5. Traction: It consists of main components such as traction frame, herringbone plate, traction roller, winding mechanism, and traction motor.
6. Electrical control part: Generally, the unit is equipped with a unit operation cabinet. The main power supply is turned on by pressing the main button, and the motor main switch is turned on. The body and three-way, as well as the electric heating of each button of the mouth mold, can be controlled separately through the sub button switch. The two sets of coils in the key part use thermocouples for automatic temperature measurement and control. During normal production, the temperature can be automatically controlled to ensure the stability of the production process.
