Generally speaking, the lifespan of bearings is determined based on their basic rated load. For rotating bearings, the basic rated dynamic load (C) is used for calculation; For bearings that are stationary or do not rotate frequently, the basic rated static load (CO) is used for calculation. The C and Co values of bearings produced by Liduolu are designed and manufactured according to the specifications of ISO281 and ISO076.

The main reasons for bearing failure are as follows:

(1) Insufficient load capacity of the rolling needle, resulting in fatigue failure;

(2) Poor design, manufacturing or material quality of the retainer, resulting in rupture during operation;

(3) Mismatch or wear of the rolling surface of the opponent in contact with the needle roller;

Needle roller bearings are equipped with thin and long rollers (roller diameter D ≤ 5mm, L/D ≥ 2.5, L is the roller length), so the radial structure is compact. Its inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings, and its outer diameter is the smallest, making it particularly suitable for support results with limited radial installation dimensions. According to different usage scenarios, bearings without inner rings or needle rollers and cage components can be selected. At this time, the journal surface and outer shell hole surface that match the bearing are directly used as the inner and outer rolling surfaces of the bearing. To ensure the same load capacity and operating performance as bearings with ring rings, the hardness, processing accuracy, and surface quality of the shaft or outer shell hole raceway surface should be similar to those of the bearing ring raceway. This type of bearing can only withstand radial loads.
