power supplyLevel 3 seamless sliding line joint for drivingThe device consists of three main components: sheath, conductor, and collector, as well as some auxiliary components.
1. Sheath: It is a semi enclosed conductive tubular component that is the main part of the sliding contact wire. The length of each conduit produced by our factory is 4m, which can be connected to any desired length. Ordinary conduits can be made in straight lines, or in circular arcs according to special requirements.
2. Conductor: The main material is copper, with commonly used cross-sectional areas of 10 square meters, 16 square meters, and 25 square meters
3. Receiver: It is a set of electric brush housing frames running inside the conduit. The number of poles of the collector's electric brush is 3-16, corresponding to the number of poles on the guide rail in the conduit.
