Application of Laoyi Measurement Distance Sensor in the Positioning of Suspended Gears in the Electroplating Industry

Problem description - The shuttle ("suspension device") should be placed above tanks containing various fluids. Use a suitable laser measurement system for this purpose. This should not be negatively affected by the rise of steam. The sensor housing must be able to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
Solution - Use AMS 304i optical distance measurement system. Its characteristic is, among other things, there is a small light spot. As a result, the number of these devices can be installed adjacent to each other for positioning the shuttle carriage, as these devices do not interfere with each other. These devices can be replaced quickly like debugging. This leads to high system availability.

Laoyi electronic pressure switch is an ideal intelligent measurement and control instrument for industrial sites, widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, water supply, etc. for measuring and controlling the gauge pressure and absolute pressure of various gases and liquids.
The steps for using the Lao Yi Ce electronic pressure switch are as follows
1. Unit switching method: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light. Short press the add button (▲) to freely switch units between MPa, Kg/cm, and PSI. After setting, turn on the operation indicator light.
2. Zero position reset function: Short press the ON/OFF operation button to turn off the operation indicator light, long press the decrease button (▼) for 5 seconds to reset the current pressure value and correct the zero position error. After setting, turn on the operation indicator light. (When using this function, the pressure switch must not apply pressure.)
3. Method for setting and controlling pressure using the electronic pressure switch of Laoyi Test
(2) Set upper/lower control limit
(1) Short press the ON/OFF button to turn off the operation indicator light and seal the pressure control system.
Short press the SET button once to enter the lower limit setting mode (corresponding to the lower limit indicator light on). After setting the value through (▲) and (▼), press the SET button briefly to enter the upper limit setting. The setting method is the same as above.
(3) After the setting is completed, press the SET button to automatically save the set values to the computer chip (if there is no button operation within 5 seconds after parameter modification, the current parameter settings will be automatically saved).
(4) Press the ON/OFF button again (with the corresponding operation indicator light on), and the motor will start working.
System Function Mode
Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the system settings, then press and hold the SET button in sequence to display the following functional forms.
After all functional forms are set, press the (ON/OFF) operation key to actively store the set values in the computer chip.
