1. Working principle
The BES1200 battery balancing management system is a balancing compensation system based on power electronics high-frequency conversion technology, which can perfectly solve the imbalance problem in the use of group batteries.
During the charging and discharging of lead-acid battery packs, individual batteries may experience varying degrees of overcharging and overdischarging. Overdischarged batteries form crystalline lead sulfate on the lead plate, which adsorbs onto the lead plate and cannot participate in the reduction reaction, resulting in a decrease in the effective area and active substances of the plate, and further reducing the capacity. Further intensify this process when discharging again. Repeat this cycle until it becomes an outdated battery.
The BES1200 battery balancing management system is based on this principle, which monitors the status of each battery in real-time online to ensure the balanced operation of each battery in the battery pack and effectively prevent overcharging and overdischarging of individual batteries.
The difference in online battery capacity will be reflected in the battery voltage. During operation, the balancing module will monitor the individual terminal voltage in real time and upload it to the upper computer. When a certain individual battery is "overcharged", the system will timely activate the corresponding balancing module through a specific algorithm to balance the energy of the overloaded battery. Similarly, when a certain individual battery is "overdischarged", the battery pack will supplement energy to the individual through the balancing module connected to it, so that all individual energies of the battery pack are at the same level, effectively preventing the occurrence of outdated batteries and the deterioration trend of existing outdated batteries.
