Tractor dragging medicinal herb harvester. By using the rear lifting arm of the tractor and connecting the middle rod to fix the harvester, adjust the depth, then start the machine, loosen the soil and insert the shovel into the soil to scoop out the roots and stems of the medicinal herbs from the soil. The roots and stems, along with the soil blocks, enter the vibrating screen and vibrate the soil blocks that wrap around the roots and stems of the medicinal herbs to remove some of the soil blocks. After vibration, the soil blocks and medicinal roots enter the front conveyor belt, and some of the soil blocks are missed. During the transportation of the front conveyor belt, the front roller can crush the large soil blocks into small ones, and then enter the rear roller group to further compact the small soil blocks. After compaction, the soil blocks and medicinal roots enter the rear conveyor belt, and the crushed soil blocks are missed through the rear conveyor belt. Most of the medicinal materials and soil are separated, with a net removal rate of 95% and good separation effect.

Regularly check whether the screws are loose, and ensure that all gears, chains, and bearings are not short of oil. Regularly check the oil level in the gearbox, clean the machine thoroughly at the end of production, add lubricating oil to all transmission parts, and spray oil on the conveyor belt to prevent rust.
