Laser flaw detectorProduct features
Non destructive and non-contact inspections can be conducted.
Can inspect areas that cannot be visually inspected.
OK/NG judgment can be automated by setting defect judgment criteria.
Due to the use of laser to irradiate the workpiece and capture its reflected light, it is almost unaffected by external light sources.
The detection data can leave defect information, so it can be fed back into the manufacturing process.

Laser flaw detectorThe benefits of importing products
Can reduce detection costs
Can prevent the outflow of unqualified products
Improve traceability.
It can eliminate individual differences in testing quality.

working principle
STEP1
Laser irradiation is used to scan the surface of the inspection object as a whole.
STEP2
By utilizing the fact that there is a significant difference in the angle of light generated by direct light and reflected light at scratches and defects, the quantities of each reflected light can be separated and received.
STEP3
Use special algorithms to analyze changes in light intensity and automatically identify shrinkage, scars, cracks, etc.
